Read to a class, help a teacher prep materials, chaperone a field trip, water the garden plots, donate some chicken feed, volunteer for a committee, help plan a school event... there’s no end to ways you can help. The PTA works hard to identify the needs of our teachers and students to provide them with the necessary support.

No podemos hacerlo sin ti. We wouldn’t want to do it without you.

We'd love some help at the end of the day in our busy office! We need a few volunteers daily to come between 2:00 and 3:00 p. m. to answer the phones, open the doors, and run to get kiddos out of class for early pick ups. Please have your Voly screening complete to volunteer.

We are looking for donations for our raffle prizes, including:

Gift baskets for parents,
New toys
Gift cards or experience passes (e.g., San Antonio Zoo, Altitude Trampoline Park, etc.)

Booth & Game Materials

Do you have items sitting around at home that we could borrow or use?

Carnival Games/Equipment: Giant Jenga, balloon pumps, or balloon arch displays.
Small Prizes & Party Favors: Small toys, party favors, or non-perishable prizes for student game rewards. (We are holding off on candy for now, but please let us know if you have other student-friendly prize items!)

Volunteer Needs & Projects

Haunted House Setup: A group of parents is meeting tomorrow (9/28) around 9:00 AM to work on the Haunted House.
Photo Booths: Help us build/decorate photo booth areas (let us know if you have crafting materials at home!).
Halloween Decorations: Help us build and set up Halloween decor.
Game & Raffle Prep: Label Halloween games, inventory and label raffle gifts, and test game materials to ensure everything is complete.
Specialty Booths (Face Painting & Balloon Art): We are looking for face painters (ideally two people) or a balloon artist. If you know a professional or if you are willing to run one of these booths yourself (we will provide all materials!), please let us know!
