¡Todos pueden unirse al PTA! There’s a place for everyone in PTA.
Todos los padres, turores, abuelitos, tios, comadres, amigos pueden unirse a la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTA por sus siglas en inglés) para ayudar a financiar y organizar actividades de enriquecimiento y eventos durante todo el año escolar. PTA otorga a sus miembros una voz unida y poderosa, un lugar en la mesa en la que se toman las decisiones y las herramientas para influenciar el cambio que mejorará la vida de nuestros los estudiantes. Al unirte al PTA, no te estas inscribiendo para ser voluntario; sin embargo, tu tiempo puede ayudarnos a brindar oportunidades adicionales para todos los niño(a)s de nuestra escuela.
Any family member, friends, supporters can join the PTA to help fund and organize enrichment activities and events throughout the school year. PTA gives its members a united and powerful voice, a seat at the decision-making table, and the tools to influence change that will improve the lives of our students. By joining the PTA, you are not signing up to volunteer; however, your time can help us provide additional opportunities for all children in our school.

Octubre es el Mes de Concientización sobre la Dislexia, un momento para celebrar las fortalezas únicas de las personas que aprenden y leen de manera diferente, y para crear conciencia sobre los apoyos disponibles para los estudiantes y sus familias. Aproximadamente 1 de cada 5 estudiantes presenta características de dislexia.
October is Dyslexia Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the unique strengths of individuals who learn and read differently and to build awareness of the supports available to students and families. Approximately 1 in 5 students displays characteristics of dyslexia.
